Not certified yet? No worries, we organize PADI Open Water Diver, Club courses every 2 months for an unbeatable 2100* ZAR With all equipment, course materials, certification and all training included.
*Note: This offer is exclusively for members. And the courses will be, like every other club course, run at maximum capacity. We also run courses with smaller groups twice a month. These are sold for 3250.
SCUBAfrique's DIVE club has a quickly growing membership as each month new divers we train, join in the activities. The club caters for all levels of divers. We have weekend trips, evening dives, weekday excursions and overseas holidays.
Your SCUBAfrique’s DIVE club membership benefits include:
- 50% Discount on all equipment hire.
Yes really, you will only pay half of the normal fee for rental of equipment, at any time. Non members can only rent our equipment when used under our supervision; members can rent equipment at any time and use it anywhere.
- 25% on all continued education club courses
We will be running a special Club course the first week of every month, members get to vote which course will be run and the course with the most votes will win. And of course there will be a minimum discount of 25% from the normal price.
- At least 10% discount on all equipment (unfortunately this excludes the purchase of cylinders)
As an avid diver you might want to invest in your own equipment. For our club members there will always be a sale on!

We understand that a dive course, although one of life’s most rewarding, is quite a big investment.
Exclusive to SCUBAfrique dive club members we offer you many different payment options. We will require a 50% deposit prior to the start of your course but the remaining fees can be paid over a maximum of 6 months.
- Dive for free, with a dive guide.
Twice a month in winter and every weekend in summer SCUBAfrique will organize Club diving days. We will provide you with a qualified Dive master that will organize 2 or 3 underwater tours per day.
The dives will not include equipment hire, but you can still use your 50% discount. We will however document the days both on land and underwater. The pictures will be freely available on-line.

Exclusively for club members, and especially those who live a bit further away. On club diving days, all you have to do is show up at the right time at a dive site. No more waking up early hoping you can get to the dive centre in time to get something that fits you. Pre book your equipment over the phone, and we will make sure everything gets to the right place at the right time. At no extra charge.
- Club nights.
At least once a month we will host a get together where you can discuss diving with other like minded people, listen to news, watch presentations, sign up for courses, etc. Not only is it allowed to bring your friends/family/Co-Workers to these events, it is even encouraged. The venue might change from time to time, but there will always be SCUBAfrique member specials going.

Your SCUBAfrique club card will get you discounts in various restaurants and outlet stores, join the club to find out exactly which ones.
Fees are 800 ZAR per year. That means you will have made back your money after only 4 dives per year. It is most definitely worth it.
